DRG Launches New Technology Subsidiary
Dallas-based Diversity Resources Group (DRG) announced its launch of pulseM Online, a subsidiary offering within DRG’s technology division. pulseM Online is focused on bringing a new, groundbreaking customer engagement software to market across the US and Canada.
Dubbed pulseM, the patented technology was developed to help businesses gain real-time insight into a customer’s experience, gathering sentiment through a brief 30-45 second mobile phone engagement that leverages speech and text to offer rich, authentic feedback. The software also allows companies to gather valuable social media reviews while heading off negative online sentiment before it becomes an issue, all of which helps improve the company’s online reputation. Additionally, pulseM also offers a gamified employee accountability solution, providing companies a real-time window into employee performance.
